SGvc is terrible. back to 2 years, i try to book a room in sabah with 3 months advance and I was told fully book(not a holiday season.) then no choice, tried to book the room that need to pay and reply, the hotel no more in SGVC list. u know what, 2 years till now the hotel still in SGVc website list. latest one is, trying to book a room again, and no email reply till i called for status. I have been told again the room was fully book. I asked the staff, how many rooms reserve for member to book and reply cannot tell because this is confidential. terrible SGVC.... yes , I agree all you say. From what I heard, some of them can't canceled their membership under the cooling off period, even they went to the office.
